Here are six different Lachchi recipes that will be used at Iftar. These are easy to make as they are different in taste and diet.

Empty lachchi

Take 2/3 cup sweet yogurt in a blender. Mix together half a cup of water, sugar to taste, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder and a pinch of salt to taste. Serve in a glass.

Lack of chocolate

Give a quarter of a cup of sweet yoghurt, half a cup of water, one teaspoon of sugar and two teaspoons of chocolate syrup. Put it all together. Sprinkle a little chocolate syrup on a glass before pouring into the glass. You can add chocolate powder on top before serving.

I make ice cream

Mix a quarter cup of sweet yoghurt, half a cup of water, 1/3 cup vanilla ice cream and one teaspoon of sugar together to make ice cream. Pour into a glass and spread chocolate chips on top.

Ruh afza lachchi

Put four cups of sweet yoghurt, half a cup of water, sugar to taste and 1 teaspoon of Ruh Afza in a blender. Mix well and serve to Iftar.

Mint lachchi

Put a quarter cup of sweet yoghurt, half a cup of water, fifteen mint leaves, two teaspoons of lemon and two teaspoons of sugar in a blender. Add 1/4 teaspoon bit of salt and half a teaspoon cumin powder. Mix all the ingredients together. Serve garnished with mint leaves and lemon.

Yogurt-chira lachchi

Dip 1/3 cup chira in 1 cup water in 5 minutes. Then wash and discard the water. In a blender, add 1.5 cups of sweet yoghurt, half a cup of milk, 1 teaspoon sugar and chira. Combine and serve to Iftar.
